Booking Information
- All reservations must be confirmed over the phone and secured with a $100 deposit, payable by cash or credit card.
- Payment for the fishing charter, minus the deposit, is collected on the day of the trip in cash or by credit card.
- A $50 surcharge applies to all credit card transactions, except for the deposit.
- Customary gratuity for trips with a deckhand or mate is 15% to 20% of the total cost. Our mates work hard to make your experience exceptional, so please consider tipping accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:
- The $100 deposit reserves your date and time slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the Captain cancels the trip due to bad weather or unforeseen issues. Cancellation is determined at the dock on the day of the trip and is at the Captain’s discretion. All other cancellations result in a forfeited deposit.
- Customers must meet at the boat at the agreed time and place on the day of the trip. If the Captain cancels due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule for a better day, if possible. If rescheduling is not an option, we will fully refund the $100 deposit.
- Cancellations by customers with less than 48-hour notice via phone or no-shows at the dock will be charged the full amount of the reserved charter. When a trip is reserved, we do not book anyone else for that time slot.
